How To Order & Payment Options
Follow the instructions online to complete your order.

4 - Choose the preferred shipping methods (BUTTON CHOOSE DOWN OF THE METHODS) and see a new table with SUMMARY and PAYMENT METHODS
5 - By clicking "CHOOSE" PAYPAL OR BANK TRANSFER you may proceed to the next page showing for PAYPAL the secure form to make transaction with credit card or PAYPAL account, for BANK TRANSFER all info to made the payment

Silcam srl accepts major bank cards. All credit card transactions are carried out in EURO via the PAYPAL Server, where the bank card transaction can be processed over an encrypted link. PAYPAL will automatically provide you with a confirmation message of your total payment.
Also accepts International Postal Money Orders, Bank Transfer.

Normally orders will be handled and shipped within 48 hours from date of received payments.

Security Of Credit Card Payments
All the PAYPAL Secure Server transactions are encoded for your security. Once your credit card information has been submitted, you will receive directly from PAYPAL confirmation of your order via e-mail, along with the exact amount debited from your account and a reference number for the completed transaction. SIlcam srl will receive from PAYPAL confirmation of your credit card transaction, but no other details of your credit card will be known toSILCAM srl during or after the whole process. PAYPAL is the sole responsible agency for handling your credit cards information.

Shipping Methods & Charges
Whether the shipping address is within the European Union or not, and depending on the amount of items ordered, we will carry out your order within 12 to 48 hours to make sure you receive your CD(s) within 2 to 7 business days. Your items can be shipped via:

Poste Italiane Registered Air/First-Class Mail, international delivery FEDEX or UPS No other shipping methods are available online.

In the event that an order shipped by Poste Italiane
Registered Air/First-Class Mail, Cash on Delivery Parcel
Is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed.
This can take up to 6 months if you have charged the option.

Please check the shipping charges that apply to your own country. Special requests for recorded deliveries or others, such as, DHL and similar, must be submitted to our customer service. Charges for these services will be quoted and handled individually .

Returns & Refunds
We guarantee that all items are brand new even when some prodcuts, e.g. Private Press Limited Circulation, are without plastic due to the manufacturing process contracted by the producer company.
An Insurance during transportation of goods is included in the shipping price if you chose the option. Should any item be lost by the post, a claim will be processed forthwith.

In the event that your goods presents:
1. damaged or cracked jewel case, or
2. for any reason can't be played or
3. different from the item you ordered,
you may return them within 30 days of reception along with the invoice and a note specifying one of the three reasons above. We advise you to return your item(s) via an insured carrier. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Upon receipt of the damaged item(s), we will automatically supply a replacement or a full refund at your request within 30 days.
Mistakes will be fully refunded or changed with other title.

Application Of VAT And Local Taxes
Our prices do include Value Added Tax (VAT). Invoices within the European Union will present the total VAT.
You are responsible for paying all other taxes, duties or customs fees charged by your local government
You should check with your local administration for import Customs Regulation for any added import taxes.

Customer's statutory rights will not be affected by the terms and conditions of sales in accordance with the Laws of Italy. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be exclusively brought before a Court in Italy.
